Since 8 a.m. Tuesday, the Lodi Police Department received 189 calls for service. Below is a sample of those calls:

Tuesday

Panhandler: 9:28 a.m. — A Hispanic male was soliciting people for money as they pumped gas on the 600 block of East Victor Road.

Egging: 10:32 a.m. — A residence was egged on the 400 block West Elm Street.

Landlord troubles: 12:01 p.m. — A caller on the 200 block of North Stockton Street said her landlord came into her apartment and began fighting with her and her boyfriend.

Hope you get poison oak: 1:51 p.m. — Several juveniles hopped a fence to the nature area on the 1100 block of West Turner Road.

Aggressive patient: 4:03 p.m. — A patient was harassing staff members on the 900 block of South Fairmont Avenue.

Go away: 4:30 p.m. — A male was soliciting for cash on the 1100 block of East Kettleman Lane. It was the male's third separate time being asked to leave the area.

Welfare check: 6:12 p.m. — A caller on the 400 block of North Church Street wanted officers to check for a little boy on the street who was alone.

A young Winona Ryder?: 9:20 p.m. — A 16-year-old girl was in custody for shoplifting on the 300 block of South Lower Sacramento Road.

Wednesday

Animal call: 5:42 a.m. — A loud rooster was reported on the 100 block of Swain Drive.
