Between the hours of 8 a.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday, The Lodi Police Department received 132 calls for service. Below is a sample of those calls:


9:33 a.m. — Someone’s debit card was stolen in the 700 block of South Washington Street.

11:21 a.m. — Someone in a wheelchair was smoking something from a glass pipe in the 2400 block of West Kettleman Lane.

11:41 a.m. — An intoxicated person was causing a disturbance in the 1200 block of West Kettleman Lane and South Ham Lane.

1:04 p.m. — A homeless man stole a Danish in the 100 block of South Cherokee Lane.

4:20 p.m. — A woman was panhandling aggressively in the 1900 block of South Cherokee Lane and East Century Boulevard.

5:30 p.m. — There was a non-injury hit-and-run in the 100 block of North Garfield Street.

8:38 p.m. — Someone holding a beer can was yelling at people passing by in the 0 block of South Main Street.


7:57 a.m. — Someone tried to break into a home in the 400 block of West Lockeford Street.
