Between the hours of 8 a.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. Monday, the Lodi Police Department received 315 calls for service. Below is a sample of those calls:


Theft: 8:14 a.m. — A vehicle was stolen on the 500 block of Murray Street.

Drugs: 11:27 a.m. — Someone was cleaning out a rental property and found drugs in the garage on the 800 block of South California Street.

Animal call: 12:59 p.m. — Employees caught a bat inside a theater on the 100 block of North School Street.

Near nudity: 11:35 p.m. — Someone wanted advice regarding a neighbor getting his mail in small underwear on the 1200 block of Inglewood Court.


Animal call: 8:34 a.m. — An animal’s leash was stuck in an elevator door with the animal trapped inside on the 2100 block of West Kettleman Lane.

Disturbance: 2:36 p.m. — Two groups playing soccer were in a fight on the 300 block of Culbertson Drive.


Disturbance: 6:59 a.m. — Someone reported a dumpster diver on the 2400 block of Eilers Lane.
