The following is a list of public meetings in the Lodi and Galt areas this week:

Today

Galt City Council Youth Committee

When and where: 7 p.m., Galt City Council chambers, 380 Civic Drive, Galt.

Tuesday

Lodi City Council

Key item: Discuss potential refinancing opportunities for outstanding city bond issues.

When and where: 7 a.m., Carnegie Forum, 305 W. Pine St., Lodi.

Lodi Recreation Commission

Key items:

  • Discuss a fee increase at Hutchins Street Square pool.
  • Approve various memorial bench, tree and plaque donations.

When and where: 7 p.m., Carnegie Forum, 305 W. Pine St., Lodi.

Galt City Council

Key items:

  • Approve a $845,000 contribution agreement with Caltrans for improvements at Highway 99 and Twin Cities Road necessary for the proposed roundabout project.
  • Approve an equipment request from the Galt Area Historical Society.
  • Receive the 2011 efficiency performance report from the Cosumnes Fire Department, which serves Galt

When and where: 7 p.m., Galt City Council chambers, 380 Civic Drive, Galt.

San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors

Key items:

  • Annual report by the San Joaquin Historical Society.
  • Report regarding permit revocation process.

When and where: 9 a.m., board chambers, 44 N. San Joaquin St., sixth floor, Stockton.

Wednesday

Lodi City Council

Key items:

  • Discuss and approve the 2012-13 fiscal year budget.
  • Approve a new memorandum of understanding between the city of Lodi and the Boosters of Boys and Girls Sports.
  • Consider hiring Gary’s Signs, a Lodi company, to install a permanent scoreboard in the Grape Bowl before the start of the next football season at the cost of about $45,500.
  • Approve a resolution giving notice that on the November ballot there will be a local election for two council positions.

When and where: 7 p.m., Carnegie Forum, 305 W. Pine St., Lodi.

Mokelumne Rural Fire District board

Key items:

  • Update board manual.
  • Resolution adopting appropriations limit.
  • Station speaker replacement.
  • Breathing air compressor.
  • Fire chief contract and memorandum of understanding in closed session.

When and where: Fire station, 13157 E. Brandt Road, Lockeford.

Thursday

San Joaquin County Planning Commission

Key item:

  • Possible changes to entertainment at rural wineries.
  • Use permit application to expand Sutter Home Winery near Turner and Jacob roads.

When and where: 6:30 p.m., Public Health/Planning Auditorium, 1601 E. Hazelton Ave., Stockton.
