Thanksgiving closures

The Lodi News-Sentinel office will be closed, but there will be a newspaper published. The Lodinews.com Web site will be updated.

The subscriber services department will be open Thursday during the following times for re-delivery purposes:

• Subscribers living within the Lodi city limits wishing to replace missing, wet or damaged papers, may call 333-1400 between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. for re-delivery.

• Subscribers living outside the Lodi city limits wishing to replace missing, wet or damaged papers may call 333-1400 between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. for re-delivery. Calls received after 9 a.m. will received re-delivery of the newspaper the following day.

Galt city offices will be closed Thursday and Friday.

Lodi city offices will be closed Thursday and Friday.

Federal offices will be closed Thursday and Friday.

San Joaquin County courts will be closed Thursday and Friday.

U.S. Postal Service will not deliver mail on Thursday, and all post offices will be closed. However, all post offices will reopen Friday and there will be mail delivery.

The Lodi Public Library will be closed Thursday and Friday.

Marian O. Lawrence Public Library in Galt will be closed on Thursday and Friday.

Banks will be closed Thursday, but will reopen on Friday.

Lodi Unified School District offices and classrooms will be closed Thursday and Friday.

Galt Joint Union Elementary School District will be closed Thursday and Friday.

Galt Joint Union High School District offices will be closed today, Thursday and Friday.

Sacramento Municipal Utility District offices will be closed Thursday and Friday. The 24-hour electric outage number, (888) 456-SMUD, will continue operating throughout the holiday.

The Central Valley Waste Services office will be closed Thursday, but normal pickup will continue.

GrapeLine service will operate until 7:15 p.m. today, and will not operate on Thursday. Normal schedules will resume on Friday.
