Tuesday's weather brought almost half an inch of rain, gloomy skies and hazardous driving conditions, but there were no major accidents or other weather-related emergencies, according to local fire departments.

Several spinouts were reported in San Joaquin County on Tuesday, including ones on Locke Road in Lockeford, on Rous Lane near Victor Road, southbound Highway 99 near Acampo Road and at Harvey Road at Sargent Avenue in Galt. The Galt accident involved a vehicle falling into a ditch filled with water, according to the California Highway Patrol.
