Congratulations, Corporal Springmeyer, for your dedication to LPD and your promotion. Working with you on the Celebration on Central, have gotten to know both your professional and public personality and you have set the standard for female police officers and the and the goals they can achieve at LPD. I'm also one of the board members/outreach workers of A Hand Up-Not a Hand Out, that works closely with the homeless of the Lodi/Stockton homeless communities and as not only an outreach worker, but maintaining a close friendly, personal relationship with most of them, you are one of the few officers that command their respect and treat them fairly. It would be my hopes someday to see a female police chief, or a local Lodi minority resident to one day be the Chief of Police in livable, lovable Lodi.Thank you for your service and be safe!
