As much as I love my kids i could not say one of my kids was a "good kid" if they did that.

He is the number one reason why early release should not happen. How many of these convicts continue a life of crime and end back in prison? Its sad that our taxpayer dollars provide meals, shelter, education and better health care for prisoners than what the rest of society gets. His parents must be real proud of the loser they raised. Maybe sign them up for some parenting classes.

“He’s a good son,” James Morales said. “He wants to do right, but life doesn’t always deal you a good hand.”

I am curious how many women a man has to beat up or how many lives taken before James Morales deems someone as NOT trying to do the right thing?

I hope his offspring learn from their father what not to be as an adult. This human is bad. He's consistently proved he likes beating women, drugs, stealing, and bucking authority. He's a criminal, through and through.

It shouldn't take 16+ times to learn a lesson. No words can express how devastating this is.

Should graduations return to the Grape Bowl?

Lodi Unified leaders are moving Lodi and Tokay high school graduations from the Grape Bowl to the Spanos Center at UOP in Stockton. They cite limited seating, costs and unpredictable weather at the Grape Bowl. But others say graduations at the Grape Bowl are an important Lodi tradition, and one reason many supported renovating the stadium. What do you think?
