The 17-year-old accused of murdering Lodi resident Angelica Osorio has his arraignment pushed to April 16.
Miguel Araiza Jr. was back in court in Stockton on Wednesday for further arraignment, but due to the fact that the public defender had yet to receive documents regarding the case, Araiza's attorney asked to have a few weeks to receive and review information.
Araiza faces charges that include murdering 18-year-old Angelica Osorio, attempting to murder her 17-year-old boyfriend, and possession of methamphetamine.
Araiza is scheduled to appear April 16 at 2 p.m. in Department 36 in Stockton.
