Bundle up and get cozy, because Lodi is in for a chilly weekend.

Ken Clark, a meteorologist with AccuWeather.com, a private weather forecasting service, says to expect a little rain over the next three days, and temperatures that won’t rise past the mid-50s. But Clark said it is hard to predict the exact timing of these showers, because the weather pattern is moving very quickly.

“There’s a very unsettled weather pattern,” he said.

Saturday will be dry much of the day, with a few minor showers in the late afternoon and evening. Temperature highs will be in the low 50s. Overnight, they will drop to about 34 degrees.

Sunday will be dry, too, with no more rain expected until Monday in the north areas of the city. The weather should be a little milder, with temperatures reaching to nearly 55 degrees and dropping to 44 degrees overnight.

“It’s not going to be a wash out weekend,” said Clark.
