Because of a high-security vessel going through the Delta on Wednesday, the U.S. Coast Guard prevented a tugboat captain from towing a converted houseboat from the Webb Tract area of the San Joaquin River and its destination.

It was unclear Thursday when the houseboat, stuck in the mud in the river on Sunday, would be towed to Herman and Helen's Marina, located at the west end of Eight Mile Road in Stockton.
