Pastor Bill Rath of Westside Assembly is asking for the return of a disk drive containing personal photos and written materials about his life.
The disk drive and several other items were stolen from the church Friday night, Rath said.
The church's van was stolen, but it was later recovered, Rath said. Burglars also took a TV, a Nintendo Wii video game system, a boom box and some paper files in addition to the disk drive.
The disk drive contains every sermon Rath has given during his 15 years of ministry, church-related photos and photos of his oldest daughter's first two years of her life. Rath said he can't replace the mementos on the drive, so he hopes someone has the heart to return it.
"I'm not looking to prosecute anybody," he said.
The Westside Assembly burglary is the latest in a series of recent church burglaries. Other victims include First United Methodist, United Congregational and St. Peter Lutheran churches.
Anyone possessing the disk drive may visit Westside Assembly at 75 N. Crescent Ave., Lodi, or call 209-333-8491.
