Two Lodi brothers were arrested early Wednesday and face charges including street terrorism after police said they threatened a customer in front of Lowe's Home Improvement.
Fahid Ravaid, 20, and his brother Rahel Ravaid, 18, were arrested at their home without incident Wednesday morning by Lodi police, said Sgt. Val Chaban of the Lodi Police Department.
According to Chaban, the brothers drove up next to their victim, threatening them, and one even brandished a gun before driving off.
The victim was able to identify the brothers in a line up, Chaban added.
The two face charges of street terrorism and threatening to commit a crime, among other charges.
It is unclear at this time if the incident was gang-related.
