The Arcohe Union School District has launched a new paperless system for its monthly school board meetings. The web-based platform is expected to provide a basis for better and more open communication with the public.
BoardDocs, which can be accessed through the school’s website, will allow interested community members to review not only each meeting agenda, but supplemental agenda item reports at the touch of a button. Archived documents will also be available.
In accordance with the state’s open meeting laws, current agenda information will be available 72 hours in advance of the monthly meeting. The next board meeting is set for Oct. 23.
