Riley is a 1-1/2 to 2-year-old Schnauzer mix. He has current vaccinations, has been neutered and has a microchip. Riley is sweet and quiet and gets along with other dogs and cats. He seems to like everyone he meets. He is house-trained and is not a barker, but he does have an unusual cute bark. Riley wags his tail a lot and is playful. He would do best in a calmer home with either older children or adults. Riley would make a great companion.
Riley is being offered for adoption through Animal Friends Connection, a Lodi nonprofit organization dedicated to helping companion animals since 1990. For more information about Riley, call 209-368-1761.

Riley is not ugly if he gets schnauzerlike groomed. I have a dog just like him and he is a wonderful companion. He has same traits as his so I love him dearly. I really hope Riley does not end up living with homeless people. I wish I could adopt him, but my sister does not want more dogs in her house as she is not a dog lover. My daughter has a rescue dog, too and leaves him with me until she gets an apartment in Bay Area.

Riley has to be one of the ugliest dogs I've ever seen. Maybe he would be a good match for one of Lodi's homeless guys who hang out all day sitting at the picnic tables at the park next to the American Legion Hall.
