Lodi residents nominate city council candidates

Two incumbents and one challenger are running for two spots on the Lodi City Council in this November's election.

Mayor JoAnne Mounce and Councilman Bob Johnson are running for re-election. They have both served for eight years on the council, and each has had two terms as mayor.
