Neighbors objected to a new market on the city’s Eastside on Wednesday night, but the Lodi Planning Commission approved the new business.
The commission voted 5-0 to allow Central Market to sell beer and alcohol once it opens at 608 S. Central Ave. The store still needs the approval of the Lodi City Council to open.
