Harley came to her foster home with three litter mates when they were 10 days old, and were raised with lots of affections and attention. She loves to be picked up and purrs like a little motorboat. She frequently runs around the house like she has rockets strapped to her.

Harley is now ready for adoption and would love a forever home where she will continue to be loved and thrive. Adopting Harley will guarantee that you will always have joy in your heart, companionship in your home and a little fur on your clothes.

Harley is being offered for adoption through PALS, a Lodi-based nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the welfare of companion animals in Lodi. For more information about Harley, please call PALS at 209-224-0354 or e-mail pals.lodi@yahoo.com.

To see other cats and dogs available for adoption, visit the PALS Adoption Center at 1405 W. Kettleman Lane, Lodi; or visit www.palslodi.org and www.petfinder.com. Center hours are Tuesday through Friday from 1 to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Stewy is an approximately 18-week-old terrier and Chihuahua mix. He was rescued with his mom and three litter mates. They are neutered, current with their vaccinations and have microchips. They are really tiny, and their mother Sassy is small, weighing only 6 to 7 pounds. Stewy is the smaller of the boys.

They love to play with tennis balls, and look hilarious running through the house with balls in their mouths that are larger then their heads. The puppies all love toys, are healthy and are so sweet, affectionate and loving. They really love people. They are house-trained to potty pads.

Stewy and the others get along with other dogs and cats, and will make great little companions in a home with children over 8 years of age.

Stewy is being offered for adoption through Animal Friends Connection, a Lodi nonprofit organization dedicated to helping companion animals since 1990. For more information about Stewy and is litter mates, call or 209-365-0535.

To view other dogs and cats available for adoption, visit the sanctuary at 933 S. Cherokee Lane, Lodi, or visit www.animalfriendsconnect.org and www.facebook.com/animalfriendsconnection. Sanctuary hours are from noon to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on weekends.
