How San Joaquin County General Plan might affect you

How would you like to see a hotel, restaurant, event center, winetasting building and fruit stand northwest of Armstrong Road and Highway 99?

Or commercial development on Woodbridge Road off Highway 99?

Hmmm, a hotel, restaurant, little stores and an event center on Armstrong Road? This should be interesting. It would need the city of Lodi to run water and sewage out to it. That would just open the flood gates for more developement on Armstrong. I thought both the county and the cities of Lodi and Stockton wanted to preserve the agriculture between Lodi and Stockton? I say keep the fruit stand but leave the farmland ag land.
