What's with rhese $8000-$17000 health insurance policies? Why haven't these high paid execs been asked to pay their fair share of health care like othe city employees? This doesn't give any real information on any salaries. What about all those invoices, vouchers and credit card transactions, vehicle allowance, travel-room-meal expenses, room-dining-spa treatments at Wine & Roses, Disneyland NCPA conventions with the family, and any frill that is signed by the city or deputy city manager or city clerk that is less than $5000 that the public never gets to see and don't need to be itemized to hide the particular perk that was charged to Lodi taxpayers via city accounts, credit card or personal reimbursements, IMO. Is it true the the city of Lodi has an open account at Wine & Roses and Rosewood? And certain other good old boy owned establishments? This document provided the state controller isn't worth the paper it's written on. Just who composed this paperwork of mumbo jumbo? They should be fired or jailed, IMO. By the way, I don't see a communication specialist listed? Isn't that Mr. Hood's job title? And the footnotes from the controller website said those with more than one position should have a star denoted next to the title. Or did I just miss seeing that designation? Don't some employees hold more than 2 or more paid job title positions? Again, this document is like the auditing done by Macias Gini every, incomplete, mainly becuase they merely audit on information given by the same city leaders they are auditing.
