Ed: My grandmother always said "If you make just one true friend in your lifetime you were a success". For me Pat was a more than that...as she was for her animals. She is probably talking to Amanda and checking on her animals right now!

Heartfelt condolences to her loved ones and friends. She is in Joyous Heaven with all her beloved animal family and friends.

Thanks Lodi News-Sentinel, for actually posting a photo of this wonderful lady...I could not find one on any other of several news links--some of well known news organizations--and almost gave up until I found your link. Kudos!

Should graduations return to the Grape Bowl?

Lodi Unified leaders are moving Lodi and Tokay high school graduations from the Grape Bowl to the Spanos Center at UOP in Stockton. They cite limited seating, costs and unpredictable weather at the Grape Bowl. But others say graduations at the Grape Bowl are an important Lodi tradition, and one reason many supported renovating the stadium. What do you think?
