A man was shot during a dispute with possible gang members on Sunday, according to Lodi police.
Officers responded to Lodi Memorial Hospital where a man was being treated for a non-life threatening gunshot wound to his thigh around 4:15 a.m., Lodi Police Lt. David Griffin said.
The victim said that three Hispanic males began arguing with him because he was wearing a red hat. One suspect fired one to two shots and fled the scene, he said.
Police searched the area of the shooting but found no evidence of a shooting.
