Missing Stockton man was last spotted in Lockeford, Clements

An 83-year-old Stockton man who had been missing since Thanksgiving Day has been seen as recently as Nov. 27 in Lockeford and Clements, according to the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office.

Robert Picetti, was seen at about 1:40 p.m. Nov. 27 at the Burger King restaurant on Highway 88 in Lockeford and at 6 p.m. at Clements Country Market in Clements, the sheriff's office reported.

Picetti was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans, a tan and blue Dickies jacket and brown jacket. He was with a man identified as Otilio Garcia.

Anyone with information about Picetti's whereabouts or a woman Garcia was reportedly talking to in Clements is asked to contact the Sheriff's Office at 209-468-4400, or to remain anonymous, you can text the information to investigators with a cell phone to 274637 (CRIMES), TEXT: SJSO followed by your tip.
