Herzog should have had to tell the location of Cyndi's body in order to even been considered for parole. I,too, have a lot to say concerning his release, but it will not do one bit of good.

As I said yesterday, the system is for the one who does wrong. They should keep him locked up tight.. but the courts and the people that work for them and your police have to do the the law says..... It is not about who is right or wrong.... it is about laws..... if a person is quilty, like this Herzog, why, in Gods name is this guy going to be released?

What do you say to this? It is so messed up! I feel so sad for the family....This guy will kill again... why aren't people commenting on this story ...This is so wrong...sad just sad.

They should have made a condition of his release to reveal where Cyndi's remains are located. No tell, NO release....

OUTRAGEOUS, this is not justice for the Vanderheiden family. Sentenced to 78 years but only spent 12 years. Cyndi is gone forever & this murderer is set free. OUTRAGEOUS
