After erasing a 13 point deficit late in the final minutes of a first-round NCAA basketball tournament game last year, the University of Pacific was poised to upset heavily favored Boston College.
Pacific would take the lead during the game's first overtime period, but then lose in second overtime. It was a disappointing loss for the Stockton school that always seems to make a run for it in March, and a moment when its coach needed to find solace in his faith.
