Scooters, a Downtown Lodi staple for lunch and dinner, didn't have its usual appearance Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, after the floors were flooded Sunday.

While Lodi was being pelted by rain Sunday morning, Erin Smith thought she should arrive at her Downtown restaurant — just in case there were any problems. She made the right decision.
