Families can start a new, inexpensive tradition this year by hopping on a Lodi bus to see some of the best holiday light displays around town.
Starting tonight, Lodi residents can board a GrapeLine bus at the Lodi Transit Station at 24 S. Sacramento St. and cruise the streets looking at creative seasonal decorations.
No special tickets are required for the tours, and it is first-come, first-served. The city's regular fixed routes apply: $1.25 for general fare, or $0.60 for those who are disabled, seniors or on Medicare. GrapeLine passes will also be excepted.
Leave the hot chocolate at home, because the only food or drink allowed is bottled water.
Here is the tour schedule:
- Tonight and Friday: 6:30 p.m., 6:45 p.m. and 7 p.m.
- Saturday: 5:30 p.m., 5:45 p.m. and 6 p.m.
