Today's forecast is cloudy and wet, while rain that started Wednesday continues to drench Lodi.

Today's high temperature will be in the mid-60s, and Lodi is expected to have a low around 54 degrees, according to AccuWeather, a private forecasting service.

The rain is not expected to let up, with the downpour being its strongest on Friday afternoon.

Lodi should expect to get 1 to 2 inches of rain during the weekend, according to AccuWeather. The rain will continue on and off Saturday, and residents should prepare to see a thunderstorm overhead.

On Sunday the rain should slow down, with only a few showers popping up here and there.

A high of 60 degrees is expected on Friday, and a low in the 40s. Weekend temperatures are expected to range from highs in the mid-50s and lows in the mid-40s.

According to the California Highway Patrol, anyone planning to travel through the mountains this weekend should plan to bring chains because of heavy snow.

Highway 4 is still closed to traffic for the winter.

Should graduations return to the Grape Bowl?

Lodi Unified leaders are moving Lodi and Tokay high school graduations from the Grape Bowl to the Spanos Center at UOP in Stockton. They cite limited seating, costs and unpredictable weather at the Grape Bowl. But others say graduations at the Grape Bowl are an important Lodi tradition, and one reason many supported renovating the stadium. What do you think?
