Two Stockton men and a juvenile were arrested shortly after noon Sunday on suspicion of smashing the side window of a residence and stealing a laptop computer on the 300 block of Lower Sacramento Road, according to Lodi police.

Witnesses provided a description of the suspects and the car in which they left the area, according to Sgt. Doug Chinn.

Police arrested Jesse Corral, 20, Brian Sewell, 24, and a 16-year-old juvenile whose name was not disclosed because he is under 18 years of age.

Meanwhile, officers are still looking for one or more people who broke windows at two locations and stole a large number of lottery tickets, Chinn said.

At least one male burglarized a gas station at 880 E. Victor Road at 4:36 a.m. Sunday. A half-hour later, someone reported a burglary at a convenience store at 2525 S. Hutchins St. Police were unable to get a good description of the suspect, who was wearing a dark jacket with a hood. He took a cash register at the convenience store in addition to the lottery tickets, Chinn said.

Should graduations return to the Grape Bowl?

Lodi Unified leaders are moving Lodi and Tokay high school graduations from the Grape Bowl to the Spanos Center at UOP in Stockton. They cite limited seating, costs and unpredictable weather at the Grape Bowl. But others say graduations at the Grape Bowl are an important Lodi tradition, and one reason many supported renovating the stadium. What do you think?
