In an effort to achieve compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act,..then...Do we have a long ways to go? Yes," Dutra said. "But we have an ADA transition plan, and we've started making improvements."
And the beat goes on... endless expense to accomodate rules and regulations... Im sure its all for a very good purpose, but.... I think it more prudent to demolish the grape bowl and do away with sports as a responce to comply with all the rules and regulations that results in millions upon millions of financial obligations. All it takes is one successful law suit, and the beat goes on.

Dave was one of the best athletes to ever play at the Grape Bowl. He was paralyzed the last play of the game against Franklin. Dave's a great guy.

Dave Smith was a football player at Tokay High, when in the fall of 1978 , his senior year, he became paralized on this they same field. I've known Dave since we were little kids, I played football vs Dave all through Pop Warner and High School, and he was one heckuva running back.
