Berghold Winery offers decorations of 6-foot-tall Father Christmas figures
This Father Christmas figure on display at Berghold Winery on Monday, Dec. 10, 2012. The figure, named Gabriel, has a wine theme. He was created and dressed by Kay Berghold. Daughter-in-law Julia Berghold names the figures and develops a mini-biography of each Father Christmas on display. Gabriel is a 15th-century figure from the town of Spittal, one of Austria’s most renowned Renaissance castles. Gabriel had a fine appreciation for wine and comedy.
