The UC Master Gardeners will hold a workshop today at 10 a.m. at the San Joaquin County Historical Museum's Erickson Building.
The topic will be how to select, plant and stake trees. The Master Gardeners will also discuss October chores such as purchasing spring blooming bulbs and planting winter vegetable gardens.
Admission is free with regular paid museum admission. There is also a $5 parking fee. To reserve a space, call 209-331-2055.
