Ross, that's funny. Youi really are a puppet, aren't you? As a spectator at the last 2 races yesterday afternoon, I found the number of spectators along the race route to be very minimal at the most. There were more imbibers away from the race route that were downtown for nothing other, so it appeared to myself and my friend, that were downtown merely to satisfy their need for alcohol at the outside seating beer and wine tasting public sidewalk areas seemingly reserved for those alcohol oriented businesses that are on the good ol' boys preference list. I thoroughly enjoy the pros, both genders, who always display their best competitive talents to entertain those of
us who actually enjoy and follow competitive bicycle racing. It has to be an embarrassment to the organizers, sponsors, volunteers and the competitors
themselves to see such a low number of fans and onlookers. Why would the Sentinel
consider a crowd of 50 or so, if even that, a swarm of people for such an enjoyable
and well organized event, especially for us who don't need alcohol as a distraction for
an enjoyable event. Why always such distorted reporting from Mr. Farrow? Is he
afraid of his job? Where's his responsibility to report the truth and not the typical Lodi
News-Sentinel spin? Like the editorials and opinions in their newspaper that go
unsigned, only always by the Lodi News-Sentinel, with no real person with the nachos
to admit having responsibility for making those statements. Perhaps that's why
anonymous bloggers are allowed to continue to post their vitriol without
being confirmed that they are someone other than who they claim to be, as to be.Maybe he's even a good ol' boy, council rep, part of city management or staff or
even a Sentinel employee or upper echelon media rat who's too afraid to use their own name after all that smack, rap, hate and continual conspiracy theory
accusations? Sentinel, man up whoever you may be that signs your columns and
opinions and regulates your reporters to what you dictate and not the actual facts,
Lodi News-Sentinel, and give your readers the real facts without worrying about protecting the corrupted and dominant parties whose forebears had a stellar
reputation tainted by their current generation of greedy and corrupt family members and in-laws who have been kept out of the Sentinel's public information to its few subscribers. by the greed and corruption of their now generation.
