It was a wild hour between 5 and 6 p.m. Saturday at Lodi Lake, where ZinFest was winding up for the day. There were four events that called for police response to the back side of Lodi Lake, and five were arrested.

The first incident took place at 5 p.m., when two Southern California men were arrested on suspicion of public intoxication and resisting arrest as they officers forced them to the ground until back-up officers arrived to place them in custody, according to police Sgt. Chris Jacobson.
