Lenders don't really care about little things like landscaping, pool cleaning, and the like. They typically sell the home at auction as quickly as possible. A nearby foreclosed home has had their back door open for weeks now, and calls to the lender to have them close it have gone unanswered.

For the sake of completeness, any article about West Nile virus should mention that a safe and effective treatment for WNV encephalitis was published three years ago.

Publication in a peer-reviewed medical journal is all that's required for a treatment to officially exist.

Anybody who wants to download our trial documents can do so at any time of day or night from our homepage at www.genomed.com.

It should be an automatic thing required if a bank forecloses. Drain the pool. To me, this would be common sense. Or else the bank would have to hire a pool cleaner to keep the pools clean.
