Eastside Lodi residents hope to build a community garden
Eastside resident Joaquin Hernandez told the Lodi City Council on Wednesday, April 2, 2014, that the lot at the corner of Pine and Washington streets would make a good site for a community garden. However, because the lot is privately owned, city staff said residents would need to find another location or lease the property from the owner.
