The following is a list of public meetings in the Lodi and Galt areas this week:


Lodi Sister City Committee

Key items:

  • Consider a proposal to become a Sister City with Loudi, China.
  • Discuss the 2013 board of directors and activities calendar, the eighth annual crab feed on March 9, communications and plans with Kofu, Japan, the Sister City gift and Kofu Wine Issues.
  • Complete unfinished business including the December Christmas party expenses and Sister City international dues payment.

When and where: 6 p.m., Japanese American Citizens League, 210 E. Elm St., Lodi.

Lodi City Council

The regularly scheduled meeting has been canceled.


Lodi Public Art Advisory Board

Key items:

  • Review the bike rack project.
  • Review traffic control box art.

When and where: 4 p.m. Hutchins Street Square, Green Room, 125 S. Hutchins St., Lodi.

Woodbridge Fire District Board of Directors

When and where: 3 p.m., Fire Station 1, 400 East Augusta St., Woodbridge.

Galt Measure R Oversight Committee

Key items:

  • Review the 2012-2013 quarterly budget.
  • Receive the 2011-2012 year-end report.

When and where: 6 p.m., Galt Police Department, Anthony Pescetti Room, 455 Industrial Drive, Galt.

Galt Joint Union Elementary School District board of trustees

When and where: 7 p.m., Galt City Hall, City Council chambers, 380 Civic Drive, Galt.

Lodi Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee

The regularly scheduled meeting has been canceled.

Lodi Planning Commission

The regularly scheduled meeting has been canceled.


Galt Commission on Aging

When and where: 3:15 p.m., Parks & Recreation Conference Room, 610 Chabolla Ave., Galt.
