WOODBRIDGE -- An engineer from San Ramon escaped serious injury
Thursday evening when a tree stump weighing an estimated 10,000
pounds fell on his waist and legs, according to the victim's
relatives and Woodbridge firefighters.
Jared Love, 21, an engineer for Able Engineering, was taken to
Lodi Memorial Hospital to make sure neither of his legs were
broken, said a man who identified himself as Love's father, but
declined to give his name.
