Investigators are searching for a man accused of gunning down a fellow Galt resident this weekend in Acampo, then firing shots at a party less than two hours later.

Anthony Adell Hubbard, 22, should be considered armed and dangerous, San Joaquin County Sheriff's officials said Monday in a news release.

Spank a kid a few times and they will remember the consequences of their bad behavior. Take away a few of their "goodies" and they will behave better to get them back. You rarely or never see a child disciplined in a store for bad behavior. You used to see kids grabbed by the arm, walked outside, and they got a stern lecture about how to behave in public. Not anymore. Society continues to spiral downward. And with the 200 cable tv channels and the endless number of video games, internet, texting, cell phones, etc the problem is just going to get worse. These mind numbing activities are basically worthless, and babysit kids that should be STUDYING after school.

Galt Mom - I think you have ir right. Parents do not punish kids the way mine did. Kids can run away, claim child abuse or just ignore the parents. Somehow, parents have lost their rights to be parents. Probably due to Lawyers, over-zealous anti-abuse groups and the De-Clawing of the school principal. I cannot say we are better off. But I can say that anyone protecting bad behavior is just a guilty.

The shooter probably was spanked by his daddy. Another scumbag we will have to support in prison once he is caught. With any luck bad things will happen to him behind prison walls.
