According to the San Francisco Chronicle, prosecutors have declined to file charges against Michael Montgomery, 21, of Lodi, in the fatal stabbing of 24-year-old Jonathan Denver of Fort Bragg in what police described as a Giants-Dodgers sports feud near AT&T Park in September 2013.

San Francisco District Attorney George Gascón told the Chronicle on Friday that his office could not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Montgomery did not act in self-defense during the incident that occured Sept. 25.
