This story sounds like two small children arguing over a toy, that's mine, no it's mine! Get it re-surveyed, fair ir fair, whether Peterson used the property or not, it is either his or Schatz!

Even if the solar panel was located on Peterson's property, and not Schatz's, Peterson was not legally entitled to remove the panel. He could have brought an action against the District for Trespass and recovered for a "taking" but he did not have the legal right to resort to self-help.

So are they saying if I dont mow my lawn and my neighbor does when he mows his then my front yard belongs to him. And here I thought he was just being neighborly.Anyway, easily resolved, do the survey again on both properties and decide who owns this little strip of land.

This is a sign of the times. And don't get me started on the Governments role in all this! Reasonable people can make reasonable decisions but children will always be a problem. Imagine these children as your own neighbors.

Like the ILLEGAL water tax! The North San Joaquin Water Conservation District just does what they want, when they want and how they want!

Why would the survey be in a file at Steffani's house? That sounds non-professional and "fishy"....
