Another typical 7AM shirtsleeve meeting by Lodi city council to discuss the unimportant discussion on the mid-year budget that the council deems not important enough to schedule this very important issue at the regular Wednesday 7PM meeting when most Lodians would be able to attend. Someone please tell me that any other city council holds PUBLIC meetings at 7 in the morning, as this semingly secretive little group seems to constantly do?
