Family members of a Lodi man who was gunned down three years ago will have to wait another four months to see the convicted gunman sentenced.

Ajmer Singh Hothi, 23, was shot to death inside a big rig truck on March 27, 2007. The father of his former girlfriend was ultimately convicted, but now he is seeking a new trial and has hired a new attorney, who said Monday that he needs time to learn about the case.
