Mittens is a gray cat who has an extra toe on each front paw. MIttens is a little clumsy because of the extra toes, so a home with lots of love and patients is the best . Mittens is a little timid but is very sweet when comfortable with you. Mittens like to sleep in comfortable cat bed and sometimes socializes with other cats.

Mittens really wants a loving home with someone trustworthy. Mittens would make a great companion and loving friend. Mittens has been at PALS for a little while and really wants a forever home.

Mittens is being offered for adoption through PALS, a Lodi-based nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the welfare of companion animals in Lodi. For more information about Mittens, please call PALS at 209-224-0354 or email pals.lodi@yahoo.com.

Honey Bear is a mini pincher and Chihuahua mix dog. According to the note left on him when he was tied to the AFCHS front door, he is about 16 months old. He is neutered, his vaccinations are current and he has a microchip.

Honey Bear is completely potty trained, plays ball and enjoys playing with other toys. He gets along with all dogs and enjoys playing with them, and is good with people. He also loves going for walks with our “Walk n Wag” walking group. Honey Bear comes when you call him, loves to cuddle, rides well in the car and prances up to you when he has a new toy to show you. He will make an awesome companion

Should graduations return to the Grape Bowl?

Lodi Unified leaders are moving Lodi and Tokay high school graduations from the Grape Bowl to the Spanos Center at UOP in Stockton. They cite limited seating, costs and unpredictable weather at the Grape Bowl. But others say graduations at the Grape Bowl are an important Lodi tradition, and one reason many supported renovating the stadium. What do you think?
