Kim Parigoris: I work for an S Corp and there are many S Corps in California, so this is another tax on businesses in a roundabout way. Ever hear of the straw that broke the camel's back? Between state agencies regulations and policies such as Calfiornia Air Resources Board, new taxes with both 30 and 39, that camel's back is really really straining. We have already seen an exodus of businesses leaving California and we will be seeing more. So as all those big greedy taxpayers and businesses leave California, the 250,000 limit will slowly migrate down to the 200,000 then the 150,000 then the 100,000 until there is no one left to fuel this big hungry machine... GET THE SPENDING UNDER CONTROL.

Kim Parigoris: Interesting report on Prop 30 and 98 here..Too much to recap in a couple sentences. http://www.stopprop30.com/wp-content/uploads/Proposition30StateSchoolFundingResearchPaper.pdf No guarantee that 1) these funds will reach the classroms 2) that there won't be pressure to extend this "temporary" tax increase when it expires..
