A panel to include former Lodi Mayor Jack Sieglock, former Assemblyman and State Sen. Patrick Johnston and former Assemblyman Dean Andal will discuss the topic “Why can’t government get things done” from 4 to 5:30 p.m. April 27 at University of the Pacific in Stockton.

There is no charge to attend, but space is limited. To register, call Amber Dominguez at 946-2956 or email westgate@pacific.edu.
