‘Something for everyone’ at Joe’s
Waitress/bartender Melissa Vasquez, of Manteca, chats with

It's started off slowly, but Richard Patane and Timothy Fowler
are planning nightly activities to get customers into Joe's Bar
& Grill, which opened a little more than a week ago on Highway
88 in the west end of Lockeford.
Patane, who's owned upscale restaurants on San Francisco's
Fisherman's Wharf and in Burlingame, is now trying his hand in
Lockeford after deciding he didn't want to live in the Bay Area
