Lodi resident Raymond Stone, who went by the nickname Lurch, was killed when a Union Pacific train hit him on Nov. 2.
Stone, who was 51, was struck near the trestle over the Mokelumne River, according to police.
He was hit near a cross and memorial for Julian Gonzales, a 31-year-old man who was also hit and killed by a train in June.
According to an obituary Stone's family submitted to the News-Sentinel, he was born in Acampo and had one daughter and two grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Nov. 17 in the Gold Room at the Hotel Lodi, S. School St., Lodi.
Memorial contributions may be made to a memorial trust fund set up at Farmers & Merchants Bank.
