The Lodi City Council discussed the possibility of installing parking meters Downtown during a shirtsleeve session Tuesday morning. The discussion came following a presentation by Rob Matthews from Municipal Parking Services.

According to Public Works Director Charlie Swimley, the purpose of the presentation and discussion was to provide an opportunity for Municipal Parking Services to provide a background of the features their smart parking meters have to offer as well as to seek feedback from council members on the possibility of moving forward with a pilot program.
