A new agricultural store and a truck stop may be coming to Lodi in the near future. According to San Joaquin Senior Planner Mo Hatef, both projects are on the agenda to be considered for approval when the county planning commission meets this Thursday.
The proposed agricultural store will be located on the west side of Lower Sacramento Road just north of Armstrong Road. The 1,560-square-foot store will include a produce sales area, a kitchen preparation area and a 500-square-foot retail sales area. David Miraflor is the applicant for this project and will have 18 months to obtain a building permit if the store is approved.
